It's just not funny
There's not much more to say, the ratings can not be that great for this hot pile, have to wonder what's keeping it going. It's just poorly written and the jokes have no punchline... it's a shame because network late night sucks as well. The whole CD gag they keep playing on the promo is really bad... move on...

How?!?!
How did she get a show?!
Can Tarik Davis be the host instead? He at least has humor, wit, charisma and comedic timing, all things that Amber Ruffin lacks. Maybe if she says her lines with an even bigger toothy smile they'll be funny.... Nope, didn't work. Evert time she opens her mouth it's just cringy and off-putting. I tried watching a few episodes but end up changing the channel, actually feeling bad for her while thinking "no girl, please stop"

This is just more proof why they are, being obnoxious, loud and annoying means its comedy which imo feels like its becoming the lowest form somehow bypassing puns.

Amber sucks
Whenever she shows up on Seth Meyers, that's the end of the episode for me. She is so f*#king bad. I've never seen anyone less funny. This needs to be 150 characters.

I guess being loud and obnoxious is the new funny. There is nothing funny about this show. If you find a loudmouth woman running around screaming all the time funny this might be the show for you.

Woke Equals Broke
Apparently it takes much longer for networks/streaming services to learn than the rest of us, and since they've attached so much time and money into this ridiculous excuse for programming, they're clinging for dear life to this hot mess of a show.
Not I, said they fly, and we noped out of this nonsense stat.
Not a single redeeming quality and absolutely not funny.

Woke puppet talking piece. Obviously hired and greenlit for "diversity and equity" . Absolutely sad to see how the writing is just woke leftist recycled jokes from colbert,Kimmel, and any other garbage late night show.

Who is the target audience?
This isn't funny. Is reverse racism supposed to be humorous? Who is the target audience this is intended to reach? Peacock seems to push an advertisement for this during every commercial break. It's cringe inducing at best.

I don't see how any of her shows are funny. She's spewing trite and over-played nonsense. I don't get how she got a late night show, peacock is really reaching on this one. So sad.

I'm usually not this mean but there is something about how she hams it up way over the top, or those stupid faces she makes or when I hear and see her my acid from my stomach shoots up into my mouth and makes me gag. Just what we need ...more woke crap ughhhhh. I've heard she is a good writer, she should stick to that...

I gave it a chance but its awful

A Waste of Time
Amber Ruffin might be a fair writer but in front of the camera she looks lost. Her delivery is horrible and material is worse. I'd have to say watching a colonoscopy would be a welcome reprieve from watching this show.

I don't get it.
This has to have a 100% of Rotten Tomatoes only because all the critics were paid or they all wanted to appear woke. This isn't funny or entertaining at all and seeing ads for it on all my social media has planted little seeds of resentment in my brain. It honestly just pains me and induces severe cringe.

Chalk it up to another woke pseudo celebrity trying to make a play for the public's attention with lame politics. I'll grant you there are some funny bits intermingled with everything else that makes this show awful. Do yourself a favor and skip this one if you have any common sense.

Amber is horrible ! Negative -10
As a black woman, I felt excited to see another black woman be given a late night show. AMBER IS HORRIBLE or the people writing the corny jokes need to be fired asap. This show is not funny, it's a pathetic attempt at comedy. Please watch 1 episode so you can see that Amber Ruffin is a HORROR HORRIBLE late night host. Her makeup 💄 is atrocious. I don't know if she was given a show as PROJECT for white people 🤔?

Is this show suppose to be funny?
I tried watching and gave up. I am without words. It is simply garbage. Fifteen minutes of my life wasted. She is not funny at all and trying too hard. Do jot waste your time.

I'm convinced that any review above a 6.5 star is fake. I just did not think the show was that funny. Seemed similar to other late-night shows that just seem played out and like the host thinks they're the funniest person there. Just my opinion though.

Really horribly written and delivered
Compared to all the legends in the late night game, this show FLOPS, she CANNOT deliver anything funny, it's very ill-informed, and overall painful to watch! Whoever at peacock gave the thumbs up for a second season for diversity should get fired right away.

This might be the most annoying human being I've ever heard talk
Every time and add comes up for this show I immediately close my peacock app. She is so annoying and the jokes are just cringeworthy. Me and my friends laugh about how bad this show it and how much we hate amber Ruffin. Get this show off the airwaves
